Hello, world

This is the first post on the new site. I've been meaning to write more for a while, and rebuilding the site felt like a good forcing function.

Why write?

Writing forces clarity. When I can explain something clearly in words, it usually means I actually understand it. When I can't, it reveals gaps.

I also find other people's process notes genuinely useful — the kind of post that says "here's how I thought about this problem." I want to write more of those.

What to expect

Mostly short pieces on design, development, and the occasional thing I found interesting. No fixed cadence — just when I have something worth saying.
